Proofreading FAQs.

1. Who is this website for?

Anyone with a written article or research topic! We ensure that your work is written to the highest possible standard of English and without grammatical errors.

2. Who will proofread my work?

We have a team of proofreaders, all with relevant qualifications and experience. Also, if you return to us for another job (as most customers do), we will get that same proofreader to do the job – this will make your work consistent between submissions. If it is not possible to match you up in one of these ways then you will know that your work will still be edited to the highest possible standard.

3. How long will it take to proofread my work?

Once both payment and the document have been received, your edited document will be returned to you within 5 days* of submission. *(For documents over 20,000 words, please contact us for an estimated delivery time)*

4. How long will it take to do a research for me?

This will be discussed with you at the time of engagement. We do our best to adhere to submission deadlines.

5. Do you work on evenings and weekends?

We have proofreaders available to offer our express service over evenings and weekends. Please note that express proofreading jobs may attract an extra fee.

6. Can you write an essay for me?

Yes! We carry out research analysis. Contact us for more information.

7. Can you paraphrase an essay for me?

Usually people who want paraphrasing do it to avoid detection of plagiarism, which is against our policy. If this is not your intention, please explain your reasons for wanting this done and we will consider your request.

9. How can I pay?

Payment can be made via direct bank transfer into our account using a credit or debit card (account information is given on the Rates Page). In order to eliminate bad debts and keep our costs and fees at a minimum we ask for payment to be made at the time of order. We also ask for clients to notify us when payment has been made to avoid delays

10. How can I send you my work?

11. How will I know you have received my work?

We will reply via email as soon as it has been received to give you the cost of the service. Once we receive your confirmation, we start proofreading.
